Assistant portfolio manager

Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed James Charlesworth Assistant Portfolio Manager to its UK investment team.

James joins Cordea Savills from HSBC where he undertook a year long secondment in the Global Real Estate Finance Team. Previously he was at Savills, which he joined in 2006 and spent his last four years working in the valuation department. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009.

James reports to Lucy Winterburn, Director of Investment.
