Nordic team strengthened

Cordea Savills, the international property investment manager, has appointed Antti Laine as Asset Manager for its Nordic Retail Fund, Maria Ingelson as Asset Manager for Nordic assets held within its pan-European funds and Lauren Carroll as Portfolio Analyst.

Cordea Savills is making the appointments as it strengthens its team in the Nordics to meet the growing appetite for property investment in the region.

Antti will work closely with the Nordic region investment team to ensure efficient management of the Fund’s assets and the strategies assigned to them. He joins Cordea Savills from Centeni Holding AB / SKHLM, where he was an Asset Management and Transactions Analyst. He began his career in 2006 at EFM Sverige AB as a data analyst. Antti is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.

Maria will be working with the Portfolio Managers to ensure efficient management of assets and to execute the strategies allocated to them. She joins Cordea Savills from Unibail-Rodamco, where she was responsible for quarterly reporting, budgeting and forecasting of their Nordic portfolio. She began her career in 2007 at Mercer and latterly at Genesta Property Nordic. She has an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Lauren will work with the asset management and transactions teams to support reporting, analysis and fund modeling. Before joining Cordea Savills, Lauren was a Fund Analyst with Internos Global Investors in London. She began her career at Invista Real Estate Fund Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the American University, Washington, and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the Henley Business School, University of Reading.
