The international property investment manager Savills Investment Management (formerly known as Cordea Savills) has strengthened its Italian investment team with two senior appointments.

 

Massimo Morlotti has been appointed as Director of Investment and Michela Quochi as Associate Director of Investment of the company’s Italian subsidiary, Savills Investment Management SGR, based in Milan.

 

Massimo, who reports to Cristiano Ronchi, Head of Investment, Italy, joins Savills from Vegagest SGR, the Italian asset management group, where he was Head of Real Estate Fund Management, responsible for fund investments and divestments, asset management and debt structuring. Prior to that Massimo was Head of Portfolio Management (Real Estate Funds) at CAAM Real Estate Italia SGR.  He qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2004.

 

Michela, who also reports to Cristiano Ronchi, joins Savills from CBRE Global Investors Italy, where she was a Senior Asset Manager of Office, Logistics and Retail Assets in the firm’s pan-European funds, Direct Investments and SGR Fund.  Prior to that Michela was a Senior Property Manager of Residential, Office and Industrial assets at Arcotecnica Real Estate Srl.  Michela qualified as an architect in 1992 and is a Member of the Order of Architects, Planners and Conservators of the Province of Milan.
