Savills IM spanish platform

Following the acquisition of Aguirre Newman by Savills Plc on the 29^th December, Zaphir Asset Management has been integrated into Savills Investment Management.

The integration of Zaphir AM’s 15 person team will be an important addition to our European platform by allowing us to provide clients with a well resourced platform in Spain and Portugal. It will help us originate more transactions and investment opportunities on behalf of our pan-European funds, and to manage assets across the sectors with the team’s specific expertise.

Fernando Ramirez de Haro will become Head of Spain for Savills IM. The Managing Director of Zaphir AM since 2007, Fernando has over 19 years of investment management experience and overseen investments in excess of €700m.”
