As a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) since 2014, Savills IM is proud to continue improving responsible investment processes and practices and have achieved the maximum grade of an A+ for Strategy and Governance (improved from A), and an A for the Property module (improved from B) in the latest PRI Assessment report.

The increased grade is the result of Savills IM's continued commitment to embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) activities into business practices during 2018, including increased stakeholder engagement to understand the materiality of specific ESG issues to our clients, tenants, staff and the broader community in which we operate, and collaboration with partners to further ESG throughout the industry including membership to the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitoring (CRREM) European Investor Committee Member and the AREF ESG and Impact Investing Committee.

The UN Principles for Responsible Investment provide a blueprint for responsible investment. As a signatory, Savills IM is committed to six guiding principles of responsible investment indicating a commitment to invest and manage assets on behalf of clients, in an environmentally and socially responsible way.
