With teams worldwide in the countries and cities we invest in, we have both the understanding of micro markets to identify ‘undervalued’ assets and the local contacts to source off market deals. Combined with our strong research team, we analyse all assets through both a global macro outlook and a street by street micro view. Our well-resourced local teams also have the experience to implement asset management initiatives to deliver our targeted returns for clients.


Our services extend beyond transactions and asset management. To maximise performance we specialise in putting in place tax efficient transaction structures, leveraging returns through strong banking relationships to obtain competitive debt rates, and mitigating financial risks through executing bespoke interest rates and currency hedging solutions.


We have a loyal base of investors from 27 countries, including pension funds, insurance companies, banks, endowments and family offices, whom we have developed strong relationships with over the years. With 15 funds and 14 separate accounts, and regulated in nine jurisdictions including the UK, Germany and Italy, our clients benefit from our detailed knowledge of European and Asian real estate and the full range of services we offer.
